Last week at Sunday, I went to they bowling alley. It was my first time, so I was excited. I did very good. I heat 2 strike, and heat almost 4 spares. When I heated strike, I was so happy. My family clapped with me. Of course, my dad had more experience about on a bowling, so my dad take first place twice. Next time, I will practice more, and beat my dad and take first place.

A Type 4 Sentence has a subject, a verb, an indirect object, and a direct object. This type of sentence shows who is receiving something and what is being given.

Examples

I give her a gift.
- I (subject) + give (verb) + her (indirect object) + a gift (direct object)
They send me a letter.
- They + send + me + a letter
She told him a story.
- She + told + him + a story

Features

Two Objects: There is an indirect object (the person receiving something) and a direct object (the thing being given).
Clear Action: It shows who is doing the action, who is receiving the action, and what the action is directed toward.
